HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?
You choose the tour you want, from 1h to 3h.

 

WHAT TIME DOES THE TOUR START?
The start of the tour depends on the tour chosen, you choose the day and request an available time, you must arrive 30 minutes before the time.

 

IS IT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Children are welcome! The minimum age is 2 years old in a car seat.

 

CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE TOUR?
Yes, send us a request with what you want and we can prepare a private tour.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE TOUR?
Off-road glasses, water and all mandatory insurance for the activity.

 

WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD WE WEAR?
Comfortable and seasonally appropriate clothing, and we advise you to bring another change of clothes to change at the end if necessary.

 

CAN WE STILL DO THE TOUR IF IT IS RAINING?
Yes, you can and we guarantee that with wet trails you will have an even more fun ride.

 

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT WORK?
We require full payment to confirm your reservation.

 

CANCELLATIONS
Up to 72 hours before the date of activity: Free
Up to 48 hours before the date of the activity: a voucher issued
Up to 24 hours before the date of the activity: there will be no refund.
No-Show: there will be no refund.
If it is not possible to carry out the activity due to weather conditions:

The participant will be given a voucher with all their reservation details, without validity, so that they can have another opportunity, without paying any extra.
If you wish, you can transfer the voucher to another person. You just have to inform us.

REQUIREMENTS ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR
Valid EU driving license to drive the buggy, identity card and liability waiver signed on site.
